For now, our facility remains closed and our ministries continue to happen online. But here's the latest update how what we are thinking and how we are planning to reopen our facilities.
We are closely monitoring information from the CDC, the PA Health Department and local agencies to be sure we are basing our decisions on the best medical guidance possible. We are also reviewing statistics in Franklin County and other parts of PA as well as best practices of churches across the region.
We will likely move more slowly than some other churches. But what works in one setting doesn't work in all. Please pray for our Reopening Task Team and Governance Board as we prayerfully and carefully plan to reopen our facility.
In cooperation with medical professional and local authorities, we have shifted all ministries to online engagement until further notice.
We encourage you to join us for worship live online. Our 11a service is streamed live. It's also available on our YouTube channel at any time after that. We'd also enjoy including you in our online family through our Facebook page and Twitter feeds.
The most powerful thing all of us can do at this time is to seek God's face in prayer. Scripture provides many stories of how when God's people cry out to Him in uncertain times, He shows up in remarkable, and often miraculous ways. So, let's place our faith in God's dependable hands. He can be trusted. Let's ask God to bring a quick end to this difficult season. Let's ask God to provide wisdom and insight for medical professionals and decision makers. And let's ask for healing and wholeness for those whose lives are being impacted by COVID-19 and other medical complications.
